Filter-press / Lamella Clarifier	Sludge removal in the phosphate chemical. Can be used in tandem or as alternates.
Hot Water Generator / Thermic Fluid Heaters	Indirect heating of the chemicals wherever process demands.
Heating Coils / Plate Type Heat Exchangers	Indirect heating of the chemicals, along with the Hot Water Generator/ Themic Fluid Heaters.
Blast Tubes	Direct heating of the chemicals with Diesel or Gas Burners
Fume Extraction System	Suction and extraction of harmful hot chemical exhaust.
Effluent Treatment System	Designed as per the chemical process for pretreatment.
