The spare parts that I required were for a conveyor which was nearly 10 years old and I had no serial no. or invoice which could provide me with the cat no. your service team asked a few questions and dimensions and were able to locate the invoice and cat nos. of the parts required.

The dispatch was initiated within 2 days that to under the pressure of a lockdown in Pune. Hats off to the determination and vigilance of the team.

We started operating our New Pre-treatment & Powder Coating plant from Dec ’19 / Jan ’20 onwards. Due to Covid-19 we had a break & started using regularly from June/ July ’20 onwards regularly.
